Armor & Ballistic Steel
Armox 500T
SSABMill indentThe most widely used protection plate worldwide. Balances ballistic performance with the weldability and formability a fabricator needs to build complete armoured structures.
Armox 600T
SSABMill indentHigh hardness protection plate delivering the same protection level at reduced weight, or a higher threat level at the same weight, compared with 500 HBW armour.
[ 03 ]
Duplex & Super Duplex
Duplex 2205
Ex-stock DubaiThe most widely used duplex grade. Roughly double the yield strength of 316L, allowing thinner and lighter sections while delivering far better chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance.
Super Duplex 2507
Mill indentSuper duplex with PREN above 40 for the most aggressive seawater and sour service. S32760 (Zeron 100) adds tungsten and copper for enhanced acid resistance.
[ 04 ]
High Strength Steel
S690QL
Ex-stock DubaiQuenched and tempered structural steel with 690 MPa minimum yield. Allows dramatic weight reduction in load bearing structures against conventional S355.
S960QL
Mill indentUltra high strength quenched and tempered plate for the most weight-critical lifting and mobile equipment structures.
S1100QL
Mill indentThe highest yield strength structural plate in commercial supply, used where every kilogram of structural weight carries a payload penalty.

Nickel Alloys
Inconel 625
Mill indentNickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy strengthened by niobium. Exceptional strength and corrosion resistance from cryogenic temperatures to 980 C without heat treatment.
Inconel 600
Mill indentSolid solution nickel-chromium-iron alloy with high resistance to oxidation, carburisation and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking at elevated temperature.
Monel 400
Mill indentNickel-copper alloy with outstanding resistance to flowing seawater, hydrofluoric acid and alkalis, and total immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
Hastelloy C276
Mill indentNickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten, regarded as the most universally corrosion resistant alloy available for both oxidising and reducing media.

Stainless Steel
304 / 304L
Ex-stock DubaiThe workhorse austenitic stainless steel. 304L's lower carbon content prevents carbide precipitation during welding, making it the default choice for welded fabrications that cannot be post-weld annealed.
316 / 316L
Ex-stock DubaiMolybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. The 2-3% Mo addition transforms pitting resistance in chloride-bearing media, making 316L the baseline grade for marine and chemical service in the Gulf.
321 / 347
Ex-stock DubaiTitanium and niobium stabilised austenitic grades. The stabilising addition ties up carbon so the steel resists intergranular corrosion after prolonged exposure in the 425-815 C sensitisation range.
904L
Mill indentHigh alloy austenitic grade with 4-5% molybdenum and copper, bridging the gap between 316L and nickel alloys for sulphuric and phosphoric acid service.
[ 07 ]
Titanium
Titanium Grade 2
Mill indentCommercially pure titanium, the industry workhorse. Fully resistant to seawater and oxidising chlorides with excellent formability and weldability.
Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
Mill indentThe most widely used titanium alloy, accounting for the majority of all titanium consumption. Roughly three times the strength of commercially pure titanium at the same density.
[ 08 ]
UHMW-PE
UHMW PE1000
OrbilanEx-stock DubaiStandard ultra high molecular weight polyethylene liner sheet. The lowest coefficient of friction of any engineering polymer combined with outstanding impact absorption.
UHMW PE8000
OrbilanMill indentEnhanced UHMW-PE with a higher molecular weight delivering around 30% better abrasion performance than standard PE1000 for the most demanding liner duties.

Wear Resistant Steel
Hardox 450
SSABEx-stock DubaiThe most versatile abrasion resistant plate in the range. 450 HBW delivers roughly 2.5 times the service life of mild steel while remaining straightforward to bend, cut and weld in a normal workshop.
Hardox 500
SSABEx-stock DubaiHigher hardness plate for severe sliding abrasion where 450 HBW wears out too quickly, while retaining good workshop formability.
Hardox 600
SSABEx-stock DubaiThe hardest abrasion resistant plate in general production, reserved for extreme sliding wear where part replacement downtime dominates cost.
