The most versatile abrasion resistant plate in the range. 450 HBW delivers roughly 2.5 times the service life of mild steel while remaining straightforward to bend, cut and weld in a normal workshop.

Higher hardness plate for severe sliding abrasion where 450 HBW wears out too quickly, while retaining good workshop formability.

The hardest abrasion resistant plate in general production, reserved for extreme sliding wear where part replacement downtime dominates cost.

Standard ultra high molecular weight polyethylene liner sheet. The lowest coefficient of friction of any engineering polymer combined with outstanding impact absorption.

Enhanced UHMW-PE with a higher molecular weight delivering around 30% better abrasion performance than standard PE1000 for the most demanding liner duties.

The benchmark chromium-molybdenum through-hardening engineering steel. Excellent combination of strength, toughness and machinability in the quenched and tempered condition.

Nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel with very high hardenability and toughness in heavy sections, chosen for the most highly stressed machined components.
